Return Processing
Most merchandise purchased directly from Plural in new, unused, and resalable condition, and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. All merchandise for return or exchange must be accompanied by a valid receipt. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the order within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
